Using these three integrated components has helped organisations of all sizes and from all sectors to compare themselves with the attributes, qualities and achievements of sustainable organisations.

I bought it because I needed it for a meeting with a customer and I didn't learn much. I wouldn't recommend it
Highly recommended! EFQM may be challenging to assimilate, but this guide makes it easy. My favorite section was RADAR for results.
